Fas-Top Traveler | Topper & Tonneau

I've had the topper/tonneau combo for over a year by now. What I love: The versatility. I can fill up my truck bed with all my hunting gear, tools, saws, whatever and not worry about it getting rained on with the topper deployed. I have also used it on occasion as a tent to sleep in with the mesh rear window. I will also roll up the sides on nice days which keeps the bed cooler in the sun for when my hound dog is running errands with me. I get asked about it all the time from random people in parking lots. And, of course I can fold the topper down and still have near full-use of my entire bed. I can still load up my four wheeler in my bed without removing the topper. I can also say that it holds up just fine going 85+ mph down the highway. I also appreciate that I can roll the tonneau cover over and have it look like a normal truck. What could be better: Over time, the hook & loop strips can deteriorate (just ordered replacement strips after 1 year of use). The glue that holds the hook part to the strips begin to fail in some places. I have used some gorilla glue in a couple spots, but it's inevitable with constant use. I've also had the G-hooks come undone a couple times driving around with the sides rolled up. I think they could make the inside loop permanently attached to one end of the hooks IMO so they never fly off or get lost. Obviously, it is not the most secure bed cover/topper, but it is what it is. I don't store expensive stuff in the bed overnight anyway and out of sight, out of mind works. My truck is black so all good there, but I wouldn't mind seeing more options on color and/or patterns. The clear windows can get dirty and are sometimes hard to clean. When stowed, they can rub on other parts and create marks on them that won't come out. When it's cold outside, I try not to deploy or put away the topper in fear that I could put a crack in the windows... I'll wait until it's a little warmer so I don't put stress on the material. Water can sneak in when it pours, but just at the corners. Overall, I am very pleased with this product... it has exceeded my expectations. I went with this topper because I didn't want to spend the money on a hard shell fiberglass one for a 9 year old truck. I planned to go that route on my next truck when that happens, but we'll see... this product may have won me over for the next one.

I looked very hard for this product not knowing if it existed. I was very happy when I found it. It will allow us to have a sleek covered look for daily driving and the ability to convert it to a shell for better cargo hauling when we go on trips. It was semi easy to install by myself and it's very simple to convert from tonneau to shell.

Perfect solution, I needed a cab but didn't want one full time. Very well made. The setup instructions along with the QR code linked videos were very helpful.

Fit, finish and materials appear high quality. The cover and top installed easily within a few minutes and work great. Perfect choice for anyone that uses all their truck in all configurations (open bed, covered, topped) on a rotating basis. I did notice that the tonneau will pool rain water. Will wait to see if it gets worse or deforms from it. So far unaffected and I like the product!

Going from a fiberglass topper/switching to a tonneau cover to this, is the best thing I've bought for my truck. Easy to install, easy to take down and put up. Convince when you need it, and it looks good. I just wish you could get mesh screen for the front window.

I like the versatility and the ability to have the camper when needed, the bed cover when not or the full truck bed when the occasion arises.
